CFCU Community Credit Union Cortland Main Street Music Series presents the lineup for the FRIDAY, JULY 20 concert: 5:30 pm Local musician, Dana Twigg, writes and performs a modern blend of country, indie, and folk music. His talent for storytelling, combined with raspy vocals, is a powerful combination. 6:10 pm Genitor is a four-piece alternative rock band hailing from Cortland, NY. Since 2011, they've been writing and performing songs that have won over fans of punk, folk, metal and everything in between. Over the past seven years, their sound has evolved into a pop mentality, with a powerful driving force behind it. Their catchy hooks and well-crafted compositions are apparent the first time you listen to them. They've released two ep's during their time as a band, and recently released a collection of songs entitled "Fossil Dome" that they feel is their best yet. Genitor's members include Mark Francis, Matt Barnes, Brent Icenogle and Brendan Rew. They are all veterans of the local and regional music scene. Some of their past and current bands include The Loiterers, The Dead Army, Bent Peg, Pile of Heads and Sanjuro Fields. 7:15 pm Syracuse's longtime hard rock band Dracula Jones is an energetic 4 piece that has kept fans coming back for more than 25 years! The band is known for their powerful live performances and great original rock songs. #CortlandMainStreetMusic #livemusic #cnymusic #MyCortland#experiencecortland #mycfcu The concert is FREE and open to the public - donations appreciated.
