The Gallery at The Center for the Arts of Homer announces it’s GRAND RE-OPENING and upcoming installation, Silent Music.
The work of two master artists are shown in this forceful exhibit – in the newly remodeled Gallery at the Center.
The abstract art of Alison Weld and the representational work of the late Stella Waitzkin both have a strong visceral effect on their audiences. This show is a visual wonder that will spark many interesting conversations.
The opening reception will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 on Friday evening, November 9th, 2018. Please join us to meet the artist Alison Weld and Charles Russell, trustee of the Waitzkin Memorial Library Trust. The show runs from November 9th through December 16th.
The Center is located at 72 South Main Street in Homer, New York. The Gallery is open Tuesday through Friday, 11 to 4. You can reach the Center’s main office at 607-749-4900.
