Did you miss January's Upcycling Workshop? Join the Cultural Council of Cortland County for a free Upcyling Workshop with Magpie Custom Creations, in which you'll learn how to deconstruct and reconstruct cast-off clothing from your own closets, thrift stores, or hand-me-downs. Hand and machine sewing techniques will be demonstrated, as well as other unique ways to piece together new garments out of old favorites. Space is limited, and we ask all potential participants to pre-register so we have a head count (for adequate seating).
